Design

Our experienced design team will technically support your project from concept to reality.

We are here to assist in creating your vision on budget and on time.

Planning is the keystone of any successful event, and our account handlers will be involved in all aspects of delivering an outstanding result. Preparing the equipment and loading the truck is as vital as producing plans and specifying equipment.

We have worked with AutoCAD since it was supplied on multiple floppy discs, and our next generation of designers can build on this depth of knowledge and engage with the latest in visualisation software such as Vectorworks, SketchUp and Unreal Engine.

Call us today to discuss your dream event.

Supply

We stock a diverse inventory of equipment explicitly chosen to fulfil the demanding requirements of the professional live event sector.

Visual Elements was born to service all technical aspects of the events industry, supplying lighting, audio, video, power, staging, and rigging.

Over the years, as the industry has changed, and we as a company have changed with it, with us now offering equipment hire, sales and 360 production services.

Today, we are equally happy to supply the entire package or work in harmony with other suppliers as part of a dream team.

The choice, as always, is yours.

Audio Visual and Lighting

We stock up-to-date lighting, sound, projection and ancillary equipment for every aspect of your audio-visual requirement.

We can provide a full-service solution that includes design, installation, operation, and repatriation. With all logistics and crew provided.

You can hire an individual item or a complete system to use yourself. We can assist in specifying the appropriate supporting hardware.

We also maintain a select number of ‘vintage’ lighting fixtures that were once the backbone of the industry and now fall into the ‘retro’ or ‘eye candy’ genres of a modern hire stock. These units are finding a new lease of life as we convert them to LED.

Our equipment is well-maintained and prepared. It is supplied with the appropriate PAT and LOLER certification.

Through our partners we also provide the sale of AV and lighting equipment. Need something? Give us a call or email!

Power & Distribution

Our power distribution begins at 3-phase supply and can terminate at any stage along the chain.

Our extensive rubber box, rack mount and stackable distribution systems, plus cable stock enable us to place the appropriate power exactly where required.

With a variety of circuit protection options available, we can ensure an errant hairdryer will not plunge the entire site into darkness.

Through our partners we also provide the sale of power and distribution equipment. Need something? Give us a call or email!

Rigging & Staging

Visual Elements carries an extensive stock of truss, staging and other equipment and have a track record of designing and supplying bespoke structures.

To tempt you further, we carry:

• Ground support systems.

• Electric chain hoists and motor control.

• All ancillary components for rigging.

We love a truss structure, and our design team can supply 3d drawings to ensure everything fits together onsite. Through our partners we can find the right sales or rental solution for your project.

Bespoke

If we can’t source or adjust the gadgets we need for an event, we will design and build them in-house.

We imagine, design, prototype, engineer and refine.

As the electronics are designed, the PCB layouts are created, and the internal software is written in-house, this allows for rapid enhancements and variations.

Interactive

As the lighting industry has advanced, there is a more comprehensive range of products to design from. LED lighting, in particular, has enabled an exciting array of ideas to become feasible.

We stock a wide range of LED tape and pixel products and enjoy working on projects that require them to be interactive.

The shelves in our technical area are stocked with all manner of sensors (distance, heat, heartbeat, proximity) that we use to interface with our lighting stock to create an interactive and immersive experience.
